Sang Ki Lee has extensive experience in engineering, business, and patent law practices for over 40 years, including over 20 years at Motorola, and service at AT&T, IT&T, and Xerox.
He studied engineering and received B.S.E.E. from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in 1960 and completed M.S.I.E. from Stevens Institute of Technology in 1964.
He also studied law and received Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School in 1968.
From 1960 to 1969, he worked as an electronic test set designer and as a patent engineer at AT&T (Western Electric). From 1969 to 1974, he served as a patent attorney for AT&T, IT&T, and Xerox.
From 1974 to 1995, he served Motorola in diverse capacities, as a patent attorney in securing patent coverage worldwide on wireless and cellular phone systems and components, then in licensing and managing technology assets, addressing communications laws of Asian, Latin American and Middle Eastern countries, as a negotiator and International Government Relation Director, Technology License and Asset Manager, and Environmental Law Compliance Officer.
